3. Payment: Advance payment is required to confirm the order. Full payment must be made upon receipt of the order. Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or as specified.
4. Shipping & Delivery: Orders are delivered within 10 days across India. For nearby locations, delivery is made within 4 days. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, but customers will be informed.
5. Cancellation & Refund: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation. No refund will be provided once the order is dispatched, except in case of defective products.
6. Return & Replacement: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Replacement will be provided after verification.
